It is for that reason Serve The Process Ltd prioritise requests for family law matters and seek to serve Non-Molestation Orders and Prohibited Steps orders with a sense of urgency. Serve The Process Ltd understand the family court process and whilst providing a service to the Applicants in Civil Court Procedures, our Process Servers also recognise the duty they have to not just serve upon the Respondent but explain the legal documents to them where possible. In doing so it may offer all parties better protection from the court orders which is why they were provided in the first place. The Respondent needs to understand the orders and the consequences of breaching such an order.
